This Privacy Policy describes how Workvise (a product of Workvise Systems LLP), hereinafter referred to as "Workvise," "we," "us," or "our," collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform at workvise.com and related services.

  • Billing address and GST details (for Indian clients)

  • Payment method details are processed securely via Razorpay
  • We store only tokenized card references — we never store raw card numbers
  • Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant

c) Usage Data

  • Browser type, IP address, and device information
  • Pages visited and features used
  • Chat messages and project-related communications
  • Files uploaded through the platform

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account
  • To facilitate project management, communication, and milestone tracking
  • To process payments and generate invoices
  • To send transactional emails (OTP, payment confirmations, project updates)
  • To improve our platform and user experience
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Razorpay — for payment processing
  • AWS (Amazon Web Services) — for secure file storage
  • Mailjet — for transactional emails
  • OpenAI — for AI-generated project summaries (no personal data is sent)
  • Legal authorities when required by law

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including JWT-based authentication, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), bcrypt-hashed OTPs, and secure pre-signed URLs for file uploads. Access to data is restricted based on user roles.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect platform functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period for legal and business purposes. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
