Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: February 12, 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all services offered through Workvise (a product of Workvise Systems LLP). Since Workvise provides digital services (software development, consulting, and project execution), this policy describes how deliverables are provided to clients.

1. Nature of Deliverables

Workvise delivers digital products and services only. There are no physical goods shipped. All deliverables are provided electronically through the platform or via agreed channels (code repositories, cloud deployments, documentation, etc.).

2. Delivery Method

Deliverables are provided through one or more of the following methods:

  • Platform delivery — Files, documentation, and updates shared through the Workvise project workspace.
  • Code repository access — Source code delivered via Git repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or similar).
  • Cloud deployment — Applications deployed to agreed hosting environments.
  • Documentation — Technical documentation, handover guides, and project reports delivered as PDF or within the platform.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines are defined per project and communicated through the order/quote system on the platform.
  • Each product/service listing includes an estimated delivery range (e.g., 4–6 weeks).
  • Actual timelines depend on project complexity, scope, and timely client feedback.
  • Delays caused by incomplete client inputs or late approvals are not the responsibility of Workvise.

4. Milestone-Based Delivery

Projects are divided into milestones, each with its own deliverable and timeline. This ensures incremental delivery and transparency:

  • Discovery & Scope — Requirements documentation and project blueprint.
  • Build Milestones — Functional deliverables at each phase.
  • QA & Testing — Quality assurance reports and bug fixes.
  • Final Handover — Complete source code, documentation, and deployment.

5. Acceptance

Each milestone delivery is subject to client review. Clients have 7 business days from delivery notification to review and request revisions. If no objection is raised within this period, the milestone is deemed accepted.

6. Delays and Communication

If a delivery timeline is at risk, Workvise will proactively communicate the delay, the reason, and the revised timeline. Clients are notified via the platform and/or email.
